Pie in the Sky, established in 2001, is one of Karachi's premier bakeries and offers an extensive selection of high quality, hard-to-find baked goods. The bakery now has sixteenfive locations across Karachi and offers all types of popular items including cheesecakes, cupcakes, tiramisu, brownies, cookies, lemon bars, chocolate mouse, chocolate truffles, quiche, whole grain bread, personalized cakes and much more. Pie In The Sky also caters for hi-tea, birthday parties, lunch and dinner.

The bakery offers hard-to-find items such as multi-grain bread where imported seven grains are used and foccacia bread with black olives. The entire line of products, from breads to desserts, are made in their custom-build industrial sized kitchen under strict standards of hygiene using only the finest ingredients.

THE CAFE CHATTERBOX

Café Chatterbox opened in October 2005 at the already established and popular Pie In The Sky bakery in the upscale shopping and dining area of Zamzama. It was created initially as a coffee shop serving only coffee and sandwiches. Gradually, various restaurant dishes were introduced to the menu and now Cafe Chatterbox is famous for its main entrees in addition to their coffee, baked goods and sandwiches. The cafe is proud to offer quality and tasty cuisine at reasonable prices. It was also the first bakery to introduce a dine-in cafe style concept.

Cafe Chatterbox was one of the first cafes in Karachi to introduce innovative items such as quesadillas, wraps and other international favorites. Since then, the restaurant has become a popular gathering spot in the upscale area of Defence. The menu is comprised of select dishes of various styles of cuisine while keeping everyone’s taste in mind, thus offering something tasty for everyone. A children's menu is also available.

THE CAFE CHATTERBOX EXPERIENCE

Cafe Chatterbox has been decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a quality, casual meal. The seats are comfortable, the tables are natural, and the colors are soothing, which further adds to the pleasant surroundings. The corner with a sofa has been specially arranged with books for children and adults to encourage a friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Décor was designed keeping in mind coziness for consumers. Interior Designer Moeena Niazi from Design Options, has brilliantly executed the project to transform the owners vision and dream into reality. Cafe Chatterbox makes the perfect cozy venue for meeting up with friends, family dinners or just stopping by after work for a specialty dessert and coffee.

Some of the most popular dishes include the Moroccan Grilled Chicken and the Red snapper served with Thai Dressing or Sweet Chili Sauce. The salads are also very popular and are always fresh and healthy with various imported mixed leaves and unique home-made dressings. The signature dessert the is New York Style Cheesecake which is offered in various varieties. ABOUT THE OWNER

Mrs. Naila Naqvi is the CEO and creator of Pie In The Sky and has been in the hospitality industry since the early 1990s. She is highly experienced in baking and cooking and has attended the International School of Baking. She has a hands-on approach to managing the bakery in order to ensure quality products and friendly customer service. A perfectionist about taste and quality, she never compromises on the quality ingredients of her baked goods and food items and as such, has established one of Karachi's finest bakeries in the city.
